Two times sex in a row helps with the desire to have children.

A British study suggests that the second orgasm produces more fertile sperm in one hour.
Many women who want to have children leave no stone unturned to get pregnant. But what is myth, what really helps?

Stretching your legs after sex to pave the sperm way into the uterus? Scientifically refuted!
The orgasm should actually help. If the uterus makes rhythmic, pumping movements, it absorbs the sperm.

Worth knowing about the desire for children

► More than seven million Germans between 30 and 50 are childless
► 25 percent of childless people have or had a desire to have children
► Couples get their first child later and later. Between 30 and 34 years of age, about one-third is still childless
► More than 50 percent of women who have fertility treatment are older than 35
► Men hardly doubt their fertility - even well after the age of 40

Three times higher chance of fertilization

A British study from 2015 also suggests that a second round of sex within an hour could triple the chances of success of a conception. In the investigation, the odds increased from six to 21 percent, if in an artificial insemination, the seeds of the second ejaculation were used.
Why fertility increases the second time is unclear. Dr. Zhaher Merhi of the New Hope Fertility Center, New York, told the Daily Mail : "It seems clear that the second ejaculate is the one that involves healthier sperm with higher mobility." This is more important than high sperm concentration ,
Part of the sperm is not stored in the epididymis, but in the vas deferens. "Maybe it has a negative impact on the DNA of the sperm," explains Dr. Merhi. Therefore, if the freshly produced sperm from the epididymis were more fertile, that would explain the better results of the study.
Disagree are experts, whether it is advisable to save sperm - so only about every two to three days during the fertile days to have sex or just to have as much sex during this time.
